Little Trendz here in after called by the name Little Trendz utilises the information stored on our website only for the internal use of processing/verifying orders. If the customer/or visitor selected to signup for a newsletter or special marketing program, he/she will have the option to unsubscribe at anytime by following the subscription instructions of that material or contacting our Customer Service at: Contact Us.

All customers information (including Bank/Credit information) are submitted through 128-bit secure socket layer technology (SSL) utilising SSL certificates. In addition, we encrypt credit information in our database storage and on the account information pages. Little Trendz takes every precaution to ensure all our customers informaton is kept confidential. Little Trendz will NEVER request sensitive information to be sent over e-mail. Any additional information needed will be arranged confidentially with the customer. We have also implemented an auto-logout feature to disconnect inactive connections after a certain period of time. This insures no other users can gain access to your information in case you forget to Logout.

Finally, our website utilizes non-harmful Session-only cookies that stores your login/logout information. Any information collected through cookies will only and only be used for internal reporting purposes. This helps us understand better about our customers and their needs. No personal, files, copies of your computer records etc will ever be collected. These cookies are terminated as soon as you close your browser

Payment

- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and direct deposit
- Credit card payments are usually processed within 24 hours. We have a strict policy on fraud and therefore some processing time is needed to safe-guard credit card holders accounts.
- Cheque/Direct Deposit payments are to be arranged with individual customers. Payment processing can take anywhere from 24hrs to 1 week. Please contact us if you wish to pay by these methods

Refunds
-If you product is defective in any way please notify Little Trendz immediately.

-Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be issued minus any shipping or freight charges. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Items that are special orders or are on sale are NOT returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any product.

WARRANTY

- Little Trendz does not manufacture most/all of the products on our web site. However, We do our best to offer the most acknowledged and respected products in the business. Most of our products come with standard 1 year limited manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. We encourage our customers to contact the manufacturer directly for any repairs/service works. We will even assist you in reaching the selected manufacturer.

-For products manufactured outside of Australia, manufacturer warranties may not be valid. Products may not conform to Australian standards such as voltage, size and dimensions of merchandise.

- Warranty is VOID if product had been abused, mishandled, dropped/shocked, or shipped by the customer without proper packaging. Please follow manufacturer instructions for product installation.
