1. Minimum order of $200.00
2. 20% Deposit required at time of purchase
3. Payments can be made weekly or fortnightly
4. Payment must be made by credit card - calculated payments will be billed to credit card each week or fortnight ( to be advised by customer).
5. Purchases can be placed on layby for a period of 4, 6 or 8 weeks. If you require further time please contact Little Trendz.
6. If you require your order before your layby period has expired - contact Little Trendz by email advising of date you require order. Little Trendz will advise you of the balance owing and debit credit card before dispatch. Please allow 2-3 working days for goods to be packed and sent for shipping.
7. All orders must be paid for in full before delivery.
8. All cancellations need to be in writing. A cancellation charge of 10% of the purchase price will be applied. The balance will be refunded to the customer on the credit card number given.
9. You can not cancel orders once they have been shipped.
10. If any product is on backorder or delayed Little Trendz will advise customer of expected delivery date.
11. Once a layby order has been placed Little Trendz will send an email with the following information:

• Date order was received
• Discription of goods purchased.
• Time period of Layby including date layby is to be finalised.
• Amount to be debited to your credit card each week or fortnight.
• Expected shipment date.
